A regular customer order was sent out with a roll of pink PETG when they ordered a roll of red. Upon the customer contacting us, we immediately got in contact to apologize and arrange for a roll of Red PETG to be sent out the same day, free of charge. Even though the customer said it was not necessary, we insisted and made it right.
