Returns & Warranty Policy

Warranty
All items, including those on clearance or indicated otherwise, come with a warranty under Australian consumer law. The standard warranty is 1 year from the purchase date, or longer if specified on the product page.

Filament Quality Guarantee 
We guarantee each and every roll to be free of defects including contamination, debris, tangles & of an accurate diameter accross the entire roll. It is also expected that every roll be easy to print with a tuned printer & print profile.

Filament Diameter guarantee
Standard filament diameter tolerance 1.75 +/-0.02mm
TPU, CF & GF has a filament diameter tolerance 1.75 +/-0.03mm

If you have print issues we will provide support at our discretion & offer printing profiles.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

To assist with your claim, please provide clear evidence such as a photo or video, and contact us via phone, live chat, or email. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges & Returns
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and arrange a return of the item and specify what you would like to exchange for or at the stores discretion return it. Change of mind returns postage costs are the buyers responsibility but we will be happy to arrange postage at lower costs where possible.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, labels, and in its original packaging sealed. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

Once accepted a return invoice will be emailed.
Upon payment a return postage label will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
