Are your spools Bambulab AMS compatible? Our plastic are but for the cardboard spools print the adapter linked here.
When can I collect my order? Anytime time day or night provided you message us. Otherwise standard Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Why don't you offer printer profiles? Every printer & printing enviroment is different that is why calibration is so highly recommended. The generic profiles in most slices are fairly good and with consistent well made filament you should only need to do minor tuning to see fantasic results. We are always happy to offer suggestions and support for getting the most out of our filament.
How soon will be my order be dispatched? Same day if ordered before 5pm AEST.
What is your filament diameter target? All filament is produced to ± 0.2 mm except for flexible & CF ± 0.3 mm as our target.
