Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Dispatch:
- All orders are processed on the same business day and dispatched if ordered before 3 pm (AEST), excluding weekends and holidays.
- Packages with Aramex & Couriers please over 10KG in some cases may miss our 2 pm pickup slot and will be dispatched next business day.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Postage Options:
In some cases, we may contact you to discuss alternative postage options, particularly for regional customer orders. This is done to ensure timely and secure delivery, especially in cases where Sendle/Couriers Please may be unreliable or there is a risk of damage or loss.

Postage Costs:
- We do not make any monetary gain on our postage costs or charge you for packaging. Our commitment is to fast dispatch and efficient postage to you.
- Checkout rates are live rates
Local Delivery:
- Enjoy free local delivery for orders within the Bendigo region.
- Deliveries are made from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and by special request on weekends from 10 am.
- You will be notified via text message on the day of our arrival using the phone number provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframe:
- If you haven't received your order within 2-3 business days, please contact us, and we will follow up promptly.
Local Pickup:
- Skip the postage fees with free local pickup from East Bendigo, Victoria.
- After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 2-3 hours.
- Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
